Jamie Campbell Bower Reads Things In His Vecna Voice And You Need To Hear It

If you watched Stranger Things season 4 then you are fully aware that despite playing a villain Jamie Campbell Bower became a fan favorite and with social media involved he provided countless memes. Bower made his Tonight Show debut this week and talked about new music he’s releasing, an upcoming film with Kevin Costner, and of course Stranger Things.

Bower plays Vecna aka 001 aka Henry Creel aka the “big bad” in season 4 of Stranger Things and he describes the role as a blessing. “It was just such a blessing. The whole thing feels like such a whirlwind since I got it. It’s bizarre,” Bower said on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. He went on to explain how it takes up to 8 hours to get into full Vecna mode and even took the time to read some normal lines in his Vecna voice. For some reason, I thought that voice was somehow altered for the screen, so I was shocked to hear Jamie break out into that deep, creepy voice we’ve heard so many times throughout the season.
