It’s A Fight For Survival At A Gay Conversion Camp In Peacock’s ‘They/Them’ [OFFICIAL TRAILER]

It’s not too often you hear about an empowering slasher movie, but the upcoming Peacock Original “They/Them” has been slated as that and from that notion alone I feel like I know how this movie will end.

Written and directed by John Logan and produced by Jason Blum, “They/Them” follows a group of LGBTQ+ campers arriving at Whistler Camp – a conversion camp run by Owen Whistler (Kevin Bacon) – with the promise that they’ll have a “new sense of freedom” by the end of their week stay. The counselors attempt to break down the campers, but a mysterious killer has something else in mind and starts murdering people at the camp. A reclaim of power has to be won in order to survive the ordeals.

Carrie Preston, Anna Chlumsky, Theo Germaine, Quei Tann, Anna Lore, Monique Kim, Darwin del Fabro, Cooper Koch, and Austin Crute also appear in “They/Them” streaming on Peacock on Friday, August 5.
