A Glamorous Company Hides Disturbing Secrets in New Trailer For ‘Don’t Worry Darling’

This is probably one, if not my most, anticipated film of 2022. Every teaser I see for “Don’t Worry Darling” has me more and more intrigued to find out what’s really going on in the film and it’s also making me question if I’m developing a crush on Harry Styles.

“Are you ready to live the life you deserve?” has been slated as the tagline for the Olivia Wilde-directed “Don’t Worry Darling” starring Wilde, Florence Pugh, Harry Styles, Gemma Chan, KiKi Layne,  and Chris Pine. Set in a 1950’s idealistic society, Alice (Pugh) and Jack (Styles) seem to live in a lap of luxury in the close-knit community of Victory, an “experimental company town housing the men who work for the top-secret Victory Project and their families.” The cracks of the picture-perfect lifestyle began to unfold as Alice becomes suspicious as to what her husband and the men at Victory Project Headquarters are really working on.

I’m getting “Stepford Wives” with a mix of “The Village” with every glimpse of “Don’t Worry Darling” and I’m so intrigued September can’t come fast enough. Nick Kroll, Sydney Chandler, Kate Berlant,  Asif Ali,  Douglas Smith, Timothy Simons, and Ari’el Stachel also star in “Don’t Worry Darling” coming to theaters on Friday, September 23.
