Hi Ken!: First Look At Ryan Gosling In Upcoming ‘Barbie’ Live Action Film

“You wanna go for a ride?”

Warner Bros. upcoming live-action “Barbie” film starring Margot Robbie as the title character is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated films of 2023. Back in April, we got a first look at Robbie as the bubbly, blonde Barbie and now we get a glimpse at her lovable counterpart Ken.

Ryan Gosling will be stepping into the role of Ken opposite Robbie in the “Barbie” live-action directed by Greta Gerwig and screenplay written by Noah Baumbach. In a picture released by Warner Bros. Pictures, Gosling is seen sporting bleach blonde locks, a denim vest with matching denim bottoms, and white underwear with “Ken” labeled around the band. It appears he could be standing outside Barbie’s dream house because the hues match the released photo of Robbie in her Barbie car.

Emma Mackey, Will Ferrell, Simu Liu, America Ferrera, Kate McKinnon, Michael Cera, Alexandra Shipp, Issa Rae, Ritu Arya, Emerald Fennell, Hari Nef, Jamie Demetriou, Rhea Perlman, Ariana Greenblatt, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Connor Swindells, Scott Evans, Ncuti Gatwa, Sharon Rooney, and Ana Cruz Kayne all have roles in the “Barbie” live-action project which is slated for a July 21, 2023 theater release.
