Kate Siegel Goes Under Intense Hypnotherapy in Upcoming Netflix Thriller ‘Hypnotic’

Kate Siegel is becoming the scream queen of 2021. First Midnight Mass on Netflix and now she has another project for the streaming service coming later this month.

In “Hypnotic,” Kate Siegel plays Jenn, a young woman struggling with her professional and personal life,  who turns to hypnotherapy as a way to sort out her issues. Unbeknownst to her, the mysterious hypnotherapist has a more sinister agenda for her and his other clients. It’s giving Pusher from The X-Files splashed with the 2013 film “Trance.” The idea of hypnosis has always been intriguing to me. I’m not sure I 100% believe that people actually get hypnotized, but I sure do enjoy a thriller about the subject, so I’m in.

“Hypnotic” comes to Netflix on Wednesday, October 27, 2021.
