American Horror Story: Double Feature Part 1: Red Tide’s Trailer Is Here And Proves AHS is BACK!

Many people have said FX’s beloved series American Horror Story has fallen off. I’ll be the first one to admit that while some seasons were a struggle to get through, I wouldn’t completely write the show off as becoming washed. With the 10th season of the horror anthology series weeks away from premiering, the official trailer for American Horror Story: Double Feature Part 1: Red Tide has been released and it’s GIVING! It’s giving “The Shining.” It’s giving “The Turning.” It’s giving me everything I want and I can’t WAIT for this show to come on.

American Horror Story: Double Feature Part 1: Red Tide stars Finn Wittrock as a struggling writer who moves to an isolated beach town for the winter with his pregnant wife (Lily Rabe) and their daughter (Ryan Kiera Armstrong). During the family’s occupancy, the town’s “true residents” began to reveal themselves. The trailer is spooky, thrilling, and the picture quality just looks phenomenal like a film.

Red Tide will bring back AHS favs Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Frances Conroy, Billie Lourd, Leslie Grossman, Adina Porter, Angelica Ross, and Denis O’ Hare adding Macaulay Culkin to the bunch. I haven’t seen Culkin in anything outside of “Home Alone” and “The Good Son,” so I’m excited to see him all grown up.

Since this season is a double feature we’re getting a double premiere episode. Episodes one and two (Cape Fear and Pale) premiere on Wednesday, August 25th at 10pm on FX and the next day on FX on Hulu. Other episode titles are: Thirst, Blood Buffet, Gaslight, Winter Kills, and Take Me To Your Leader. Oh, I can’t wait for this!
