The Sirens Are Going Off In The First Trailer For ‘The Forever Purge’

No noise is more unnerving than those sirens that go off in “The Purge” films to notify you that a night of mayhem has commenced. What’s more unnerving about “The Forever Purge,” the latest installment in the franchise, is that those sirens don’t mean a damn thing to a certain group of people who want to keep the violence going.

All the rules have gone out the window in “The Forever Purge.” In the trailer of the fifth and said to be the final film in “The Purge” universe, the annual purge goes off as usual. People have exercised their right to unleash the beast, but there are a number of individuals who want the purge to live on 24/7. Ut oh.

While many are still wreaking havoc, others are trying desperately to defend themselves against the lawbreakers. What do you do in a situation like this? Beat them or join them? We’ll find out on July 4th weekend. I’m not that pressed to see yet another “Purge” film. I mean it doesn’t seem like anything completely new will happen, but I have invested in seeing the other films in the franchise, so why not round it up with this.

“The Forever Purge” comes to theaters on July 2, 2021.
