Rosamund Pike Plays The Ultimate Scammer In Netflix’s ‘I Care a Lot”

On the surface Marla Grayson, played by Rosamund Pike, appears to be the perfect caregiver to the elderly, but she has a more sinister interior in “I Care a Lot.”

The “crooked legal guardian” gets appointed by the court to take care of elderly men and women then proceeds to take all their money. Grayson is appointed to Jennifer Peterson (Dianne Wiest) thinking she’s about to score big again only to realize she may have met her match with Peterson having deep connections to people who could make her life “uncomfortable.”

Peter Dinklage, Eiza González, and Chris Messina also star in the dark comedy out next month on Netflix.

“I Care a Lot” is apart of Netflix’s huge 2021 film roll out. The streaming service promises this year will be “a big one” with new films released every week throughout the year. The genres will range from superheroes, westerns, thrillers, rom-coms, action, comedy, and more with the most notable names in Hollywood starring and directing. Netflix is coming for award show season.

“I Care a Lot” streams exclusively on Netflix Februrary 19, 2021.
