Doja Cat Transforms Into Doja Moon For ‘Like That’ Visual

I’m a fan of Doja Cat. I think her music is fun and catchy and the only new age rap girl I can listen to. I’m not that big on rap anyway, so Doja I can tolerate. In recent weeks Doja has been the latest celeb who has been hit by “cancel culture,” which I think is so hypocritical by the way, but that’s a whole different conversation.

Comments Doja Cat made in a chat room about being bi-racial surfaced and the internet was upset moving to cancel her. It’s a weird dichotomy separating the person from the artist. Should you still listen to an artist’s music despite the things that happen in their personal lives? Can there really be a separation? In some cases yes, so I still listen to Doja.

The 24-year-old rapper released a music video for her latest single “Like That” off her second album, Hot Pink. The track features a verse from Gucci Mane and the visual is giving me Sailor Moon. Doja’s second album has few misses for me. I skip about two songs and “Like That” isn’t one of them. The beat makes you want to two step and the lyrics are easy to catch on to. Overall great track. I would love for “Streets” to be an official single so I can get another visual for that. Let me know how you like the song?
