For the first time ever Saturday Night Live went remote. With the global pandemic showing no signs of slowly down, television programs are getting back to work from the safety and comfort of their homes. SNL has joined the ranks.

Tom Hanks served as host for the first #SNLatHome episode with the current cast members performing sketches virtually that aired on NBC during the show’s regular time slot. One of those sketches that made Pete Davidson a trending topic over the weekend was his The Lonely Island-esque music videos.

In his “Drake” song, Davidson raps in mom’s basement about missing an ex while doing the Toosie Slide in true Drake fashion. It’s sort of awesome. The second song of the episode title “Andre 2000,” Pete raps about the amount of money he has which is: $2,000. Simple concept with a catchy beat. I think I like SNL at home.
