Who knew things could get so loud..you know in a quiet place.
John Krasinski’s directed/co-written/co-starred critically acclaimed “A Quiet Place,” released back in 2018, gained so much praise and intrigue that it earned nominations for both a Golden Globe and Academy Award. It was no question that audiences wanted more from this universe, so a part 2 was in the works. GGB was all about this film and was set to see it in theaters, but you know how things work out. Well I finally saw it last year, I know I’m late, but I loved it and ready for the sequel.
The first look at what can be expected in “A Quiet Place II” came with the official trailer and a glimpse of how the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) survived following the grisly events during the climatic end of the first film. The sequel will take viewers back to Day 1 of how the creatures invaded the country and to the present of how the sound hunting creatures aren’t the only things to fear.
“A Quiet Place II” comes to theaters March 20, 2020.
