Things will really be heating up in Miami next year for Super Bowl 2020 because two major artists have been announced as the Pepsi Halftime Show performers. Both Jennifer Lopez and Shakira will take the stage during Super Bowl LIV; a celebratory move for Latino representation.
“I feel incredibly honored and humbled to be in a way next to JLo representing the Latino community that is such an important force in the United States,” Shakira said during a joint sit down alongside Lopez. “At the end of the day it’s about making a statement of love and unity and make everyone come together just for a moment and hopefully that resonates for a long time,” Lopez added.
Now that the announcement has been made the ladies can start to brainstorm on just how they plan to make the most out of their time as the Halftime Show performers. The world will be watching and so will GGB.
Super Bowl LIV will air Sunday, February 2, 2020 live from the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
