Double Tap: The First Trailer For The ‘Zombieland’ Sequel Is Here

It’s been 10 years in the making and it’s time to nut up or shut up!

The follow-up film to the 2009 “Zombieland” Sony Picture starring Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Abigail Breslin, and Emma Stone is soon to be released, but until we get to that date the official trailer for “Zombieland 2: Double Tap” has dropped.

Combined with the original cast, director (Ruben Fleischer), AND writers (Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick), “Zombieland 2” goes from the West Coast to the East Coast with the unconventional family: Wichita, Little Rock, Tallahassee, and Columbus making camp in the White House all the while still defending themselves from zombies that have evolved in the past decade.

Along the way the foursome meet up with new wanderers (Zoey Deutch, Avan Jogia, and Rosario Dawson) of the zombie filled America and apparently some hilarious doppelgangers; which made for the funniest part of the trailer for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the first “Zombieland” and am happy to see all the originals involved for the sequel so…

“Zombieland: Double Tap” hits theaters October 18.
