Jimmy Fallon and Paul Rudd have done of series of music video recreations on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon thus far, but their latest one may indeed be the best.
Back in April 2016, Fallon and Rudd did a shot for shot recreation of Styx’s “Too Much Time On My Hands” and once more they did a shot for shot video of Go West’s “King of Wishful Thinking” in February 2018. While promoting “Avengers: Endgame,” in theaters now, Rudd stopped by The Tonight Show this week to do another video with Fallon.
In a recreation of Dead or Alive’s “You Spin Me Round (Like a Record),” Jimmy and Paul went full on 1980’s and it’s amazing. Paul really has a knack for lip syncing and channeling male power ballad’s and Jimmy makes the perfect sidekick. I would like more of these.
