Happy 8TH Birthday Glambergirblog

Hello to all my beautiful Glambergirlblog readers,

This day back in 2011 Glambergirlblog.com was born. I was in grad school in New York and trying to figure things out. Not much has changed. I’m still figuring it all out, but I’m so proud of what GGB has accomplished over the past years.

I’ve been able to secure countless interviews and gain access to amazing events with little or no backing. Not with a huge name or a bunch of followers, but with a dream I truly believe in and a God who put this dream in my heart. I’ve met so many people because of my blog. Many people I truly am grateful for and all came into my life because I wanted to write and talk about the pop culture things I love. It hasn’t been the easiest journey, but eight years later it was worth it.

Don’t let anyone tell you what you can’t do and what’s not possible because of what THEY’VE experienced. We’re all on our own path in life with things especially curated just for us. Trust in that over every obstacle that may come your way.

Your dreams are valid. Keep pushing and working towards everything that makes your heart flutter.
