Noah Centineo first became the internet’s boyfriend when he won over hearts as Peter Kavinsky in “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before,” then his swoon factor rose another level in “Sierra Burgess Is a Loser” as Jamey, but with a new Netflix character coming next month, will Brooks Rattigan leave PK and Jamey a thing of Netflix past?

In “The Perfect Date” Centineo plays Brooks, a guy trying to save up for college who creates an app where he becomes the “perfect” stand-in companion for your every occasion. Seems like your standard rom-com; the male lead pretending to be something he’s not to get the girl, but instead falls for the one that truly knows him. I’m a sucker for a young adult rom-com, so this is right up my alley. Laura Marano and Camila Mendes also star in the film.

Outside of “The Perfect Date,” Centineo is keeping busy these days working on the sequel for “To All the Boys” and he recently was announced as the title character for “He-Man.” He’ll also appear in the “Charlie’s Angels” remake alongside Kristen Stewart, Elizabeth Banks, Naomi Scott, and more later this year.

Watch Noah Centineo in the trailer for “The Perfect Date,” coming to Netflix April 12, in the clip below. Will you be watching? Share your thoughts in the comments.
