“Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, and Margot Robbie joined Quentin Tarantino’s 9th studio film; and it just so happens to be the title of the anticipated Tarantino project set for a summer release.
Earlier this week the official posters for the film featuring DiCaprio and Pitt then later Robbie were debuted with the official trailer dropping soon after. “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” is set during the final moments of Hollywood’s golden age in 1969 where Rick Dalton (DiCaprio) is slowing becoming a washed up star with his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Pitt) in tow. Robbie plays the star-crossed model- actress Sharon Tate who was slain in ’69 by members of Charles Manson’s “family.” Not sure how Tate will fit into the whole plot, but I’m but Tarantino has an interesting way in doing so. The movie is said to have multiple storylines that pay homage to the golden age.
“Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” is expected July 26, 2019 in theaters.
