Frank Is Still “Father of the Year” In NEW ‘Shameless’ Trailer

“The original bad hombes” are back for the unprecedented 9th season of Shameless on Showtime, the longest running series on the network, and the NEW extended look at what’s to come shows the Gallaghers are still Gallaghers and Frank (William Hall Macy) is still going for “father of the year.”

Where the new season picks up can’t be determined, at least not to me by looking at the trailer, but things still remain the same and the dysfunctional family we all love is doing their best to try to make it work with what they got. Fiona is trying to expand her riches with more property, Lip is fine as hell in his foster-father role, Debs is standing up for equal pay for women, Kev and V are trying to make things better and safe for women at The Alibi, Ian is coming off the high of gay Jesus, and well Frank is Frank. I wonder what other surprises we’ll be in for this season.
