‘Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt’ Releases Teaser Trailer + Shares News Of Series Finale

Netflix award-nominated series Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt starring Ellie Kemper as the title character may just be breakable after all. Following the upcoming fourth season, debuting at the end of the month, the series will be coming to an end, but there may be light at the end of the tunnel.

The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that the fourth season of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt will be the final season of the show and it will be broken down in two parts, the first six episodes will drop end of May with the rest of the episodes coming sometime later this year on the streaming service.

While we may be saying goodbye to the characters Kemper, Jane Krakowski, Carole Kane, and Tituss Burgess made famous, we might see them again in a movie format. The series is in talks to getting a movie following the series finale. Despite all the sad news of the show ending Netflix dropped a teaser for the new season showing Kimmy is an unusual work environment.

Season four of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt premieres May 30th on Netflix.
