Production For ‘Stranger Things’ Season 3 Has Kicked Off

Listen up nerds because the production for season 3 of Stranger Things has now started.

On April 20th to be exact, “old friends” like Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink, Gaten Matarazzo, David Harbour, and Winona Ryder joined “a few strangers” like Maya Hawke, Jake Busey, and Cary Elwes came together for the first time to gear up for season 3 of the Netflix award-winning series.

No major key plots for season 3 have been released but at Paleyfest in March executive producer Shawn Levy shared that new episodes would be “big and spooky.” He said, “Season 3 has legitimately creepy moments and events, but it’s incredibly warm and character-based because at the end of the day, I think that’s what people love most about Stranger Things.” Priah Ferguson, who became a fan favorite character in season 2 playing Lucas’ sister Erica, will also be getting a bumped up role on the series to fans delight.

In a behind the scenes video fans of the show got to see the cast at a table read and with getting turned on their heads. Is this a hint that every character could end up in the upside down in season 3? Hmm.
