Netflix’s ‘Sense 8’ Gets Series Finale Date

Listen up Sensates and get your cluster in order because Netflix has announced when we can expect the series finale of our beloved show Sense 8.

Back in early June of last year, Netflix announced they cancelled the popular series brought to us by Lana Wachowski and Lilly Wachowski. The show follows a group of strangers from around the world who become suddenly mentally linked and band together using their individual strengthens and skills to defend themselves and others like them who are being hunted by a government group who sees them as a threat. An insane amount of fan devastation, many calls and social media tags to Netflix resulted in the streaming service revealing they would give fans what they wanted and would be shooting a two-hour series finale to air in 2018. Well 2018 is here and now we have a finale date.

“June 8. Tell your cluster,” a caption read on the official Sense 8 Instagram page with a photo of a poster promoting the finale. No word on a final plot, but I’m just glad fans of the show can get a proper conclusion. Mark you calendars!
