Penn Badgley and Elizabeth Lail Star In Lifetime Thriller Series ‘You’

You know how those pesky YouTube ads we’re forced to watch before the actual video we want to see comes on can be a pain? Well sometime they aren’t. That’s how I found out about Lifetime’s upcoming thriller series You starring Penn Badgley and Elizabeth Lail.

Think of “Fatal Attraction” for the digital age where everything isn’t as it appears. You follows Joe Goldberg (Badgley), an internet savvy bookstore manager who will stop at nothing to get his dream girl – Guinevere Beck (Lail). Dan is using his Gossip Girl ways to land another lady and I’m here for it. I had the option to skip this trailer on YouTube and watched the whole damn thing. It was that good. I love a psychological thriller and September can’t come fast enough.

You premieres Sunday, September 9th on Lifetime.
