‘Game of Thrones’ Actress Sophie Turner Said “Yes” To Engagement

Love is definitely in the Westeros air because now there are two Game of Thrones stars who are set to tie the knot. Back in September the engagement of Kit Harington and Rose Leslie was announced, now another Stark sibling is heading to the alter. Sophie Turner is engaged to DNCE singer Joe Jonas.

Turner posted a photo of her rock with the caption, “I said yes” on Instagram. Jonas posted the same pic with the caption, “She said yes.” Jonas, 28, and Turner, 21, started dating last year.

The congrats started flowing in from all angles. Turner’s Game of Thrones co-star and bestie Maisie Williams shared the engagement ring on her Instagram page and left the message, “Congratulations to my beautiful girlfriend on her engagement 💍 This is just one of MANY life milestones we’ll share. Love you both 💗#mophie #jophie #holymoly.” If you didn’t know “mophie” is the ship name fans use to talk about the love Sophie and Maisie have and if you ever saw them together off-screen you know it’s a lot of love between them. Naturally “jophie” is Joe and Sophie’s combined names.

Jonas’ brother Nick Jonas posted, “Ahh! Congratulations to my brother… and sister in law to be on your engagement. I love you both so much” on social media to share his excitement.
