Former ‘Game of Thrones’ Co-Stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie Are Engaged

Cue all your bend the knee and “you know nothing Jon Snow” jokes because ladies Game of Thrones actor Kit Harington is about to be really, really off the market. Harington is engaged to his former GOT co-star and longtime girlfriend Rose Leslie, who played Ygritte on the HBO fantasy series.

The news of Harington and Leslie’s engagement came in the most English and traditional way…in the form of an official announcement in the newspaper. The newspaper clipping courtesy of BBC revealed the intentions for the couple to wed. I mean how CUTE and romantic is this.

Harington and Leslie met on the set of Game of Thrones where they played on-screen lovers. After Leslie’s character was killed off the show, the sparks still flew between the couple for their on and off relationship. Maybe it was Nicole Kidman who put the marriage bug in Kit’s ear. Earlier this year they both appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden and Kit shared that he moved in with his best friend. Kidman suggested an engagement as the next step. Guess Kit was listening.
