Bruce Willis’ Character Goes Out For Revenge In ‘Death Wish’ Trailer

Director Eli Roth has a new idea on how the classic 1974 revenge film “Death Wish” should be told and he’s telling his reimagined version of the film with some help from Bruce Willis.

Willis stars as Dr. Paul Kersey, a surgeon in Chicago who sees his fair share of violence, or at least the aftermath of it in the ER. His idea of getting justice for those who are victims to violence takes new form when it hit homes and his wife and daughter are brutally attacked in their home.

The police are way too busy handling other criminal matters, so Paul takes it upon himself to avenge his family and many others who have become background noise to the violence of Chi Town. He’s basically a very violent super hero in a sense taking out the scum of the city, but when the media and public catches on to what he’s doing it’s a judgement call on if Paul is helping or causing more harm to the city.

“Death Wish” is in theaters November 22, 2017.
