Issa Experiments In The Single World In ‘Insecure’ Season 2 [TRAILER]

What’s a single girl to do in an awkward black girl world? Who knows but it’s about be hella hilarious!

The full season 2 trailer for Issa Rae’s beloved comedy series Insecure has been released and fans finally get to see a taste of what happened between Issa and Lawrence (Jay Ellis) now that they have officially broken up.

In the trailer, Issa is struggling with being single and dating in today’s single male climate. I mean talk about the story of my love life. Issa is in a limbo state of her feelings with her ex, and her ex ex Daniel (Y’lan Noel), but thanks to her girls Molly, Tiffany, and Kelli (Yvonne Orji, Amanda Seales, and Natasha Rothwell) Issa is finding a way to push through. She even asks her bestie Molly to “teach her how to hoe.”

Meanwhile, Molly is dealing with being a successful black, woman  lawyer, but still getting less money than her white, male counterparts. We also see Lawrence dealing with the break up. And do my big eyes spy a Leon Thomas cameo getting all grown and sexy. I see you villain!

Insecure returns Sunday, July 23 at 10:30pm on HBO.
