A New Generation Of Med Students Experiment With Death In ‘Flatliners’ Trailer

It’s a new generation with the same premise. “Flatliners,” a reboot of the 1990 Julia Roberts, Kiefer Sutherland, Kevin Bacon film, explores the idea of life after death and what you truly experience on the other side.

Diego Luna, Ellen Page, Nina Dobrev, James Norton, and Kiersey Clemons star in the 2017 version as medical students who kill themselves for a moment of time to be brought back to life by their colleagues in order to tell the tales of what happens with these near death experiences.

The first trailer for the film shows each of the students “going under” and what they see when they do. Only problem, there are dark consequences when you play with death. A lesson each student soon figures out the hard way.

“Flatliners” will be in theaters September 29th.
