The former child actress looked extremely well and openly talked about her public meltdown back in 2013 where she was trending almost everyday from her rather bizarre behavior. Bynes was spotted around New York City wearing bright-colored wigs, she posted “risqué” photos of herself on social media and went to court a few times, but the most infamous moment came when she tweeted she wanted Drake to “murder” her vagina.
