‘Power’ Actress Naturi Naughton Expecting First Child [PHOTOS]

Congrats are in on for Tasha St. Patrick aka Naturi Naughton. The Power actress is expecting her first child with longtime boyfriend, Ben.

In an exclusive with PEOPLE magazine, Naughton showed off her baby bump all smiles revealing she’ll become a first time mommy come July. “I feel like being pregnant and entering this new stage has made me stronger and more excited about life in general. Everything seems so much more purposeful,” she told PEOPLE.

Naughton, 32, found out she was pregnant with her first child during production of the hit Starz series Power, which just wrapped season 4. “They’ve been really good at keeping it on the low, but they’re also super excited,” she said of her cast members respecting her privacy on set. “Omari [Hardwick], who plays my husband, we have kids on the show and he’s like, ‘Now you get to be experiencing motherhood in real life!’ Everyone’s been really supportive.”

After the news officially broke Naturi took to social media to share news about her feature on PEOPLE. On Instagram she wrote, “FINALLY I can share the Good news!🤰🎉Blessings on Blessings! Thx @people 4 the exclusive❤#mommy2be #weAreSoHappy.” She also shared photos of her baby bump.
