Fresh off the UK Hip Hop scene, EMIL, an emerging singer/songwriter, has dropped a new single featuring P Money called “Hero,” a huge record for the artist since her first chart-topping hit “Wanna Do” alongside Joe Weller in 2015.

Produced by Ras, EMIL’s Lauryn Hill and Sade influences come full force on the R&B single that highlights the vibe she plans to have for her career moving forward. EMIL describes the “Hero” track as “being in the real world chasing a fairy tale” and says P Money’s verse expresses the song from a “male perspective.” “Hero” effortlessly combines a heavy, body shaking trap beat with mellow, yet powerful vocals that haunt your ear drums.
