The live-action version of Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast” is just a day away from officially premiering in theaters and the celebration of the anticipated film’s release has shown up in pop culture all week. James Corden got in on the action on The Late Late Show with some help from the cast.

Film stars Josh Gad, Dan Stevens and Luke Evans helped out Corden’s theater company for a live performance of “Beauty and the Beast” in the crosswalk of Beverly Boulevard at CBS studios. The film stars played the characters they play in the movie with Gad taking on double duty as Lumiere. But who played the coveted role of Belle? James Corden duh!

In between traffic lights, the theater company performed “Belle,” “Be Our Guest,” and the title track “Beauty and the Beast” while car passengers and pedestrians watched in awe and equal confusion.

Watch James Corden, Josh Gad, Dan Stevens and Luke Evans reenact “Beauty and the Beast” on Beverly Boulevard in the clip from The Late Late Show with James Corden below. Share your thoughts in the comments.
