IMAN Brings House Music With A Pop Twist With “Wishing” Single #MusicMonday

Blending the upbeat sounds of House music with the mellow vocals of Pop, IMAN brings a unique single with “Wishing,” the latest tune from the singer/songwriter.

IMAN’s credits link her to writing with Ed Sheeran and stepping into the studio writing with Mike Dean, who worked with Kanye West. It is with her new single however, released in January, that has truly proved her as a creditable artist who can bring a powerful presence to the music industry on her own.

Mixed by Brett Shaw, who teamed up with Lady Gaga, Florence and The Machine, and Clean Bandit, “Wishing” is an airy House/Dance track giving a strong bass line and light harmonies under a solid Soul/Pop range IMAN effortlessly displays.

Despite a minor hiccup in her career, IMAN is taking advantage of the chance she has now to show the music industry what she’s got to bring. She said, “I took my opportunities, I own it, I deserve it and I’m worthy of it. It’s taken sacrifices but it’s just how it was supposed to be and I’m grateful for the lessons learned. I’m still growing and I have so much more music to bring to the table. Really I’m just getting started”
