Jimmy Fallon Opens the 2017 Golden Globes With ‘La La Land’ Theme

“La La Land,” Jimmy Fallon, Justin Timberlake, the cast of Stranger Things, and a show stopping music number is just how you open up the 2017 Golden Globe Awards.

Jimmy Fallon served as host for the 74th annual Golden Globe Awards and promised in advance an opening to remember. Set with the very fitting theme of the Golden Globe winning film “La La Land,” Fallon headed to the show mirroring the opening LA highway scene in the picture starring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling.

Fallon got some help from many celebs who sang and dance in the open before the Tonight Show host took the stage to deliver his monologue. It was very Fallon and everything I didn’t know I wanted in an opening.
