Monday Motivation: Manifest That Ish [VIDEO]

#MondayMotivation is social media phenom that has taken over every week to encourage and inspire people at the start of the week to chase their dreams with no limits or go after whatever goals they have their minds set on. If you follow GGB on social media, then you know we dabble in Monday Motivation or Motivation Monday, which ever hashtag you search, to encourage our followers with a message to set the tone for their week.

Being that this is the first Monday of the week I wanted to motivate you all with a tool that I use quite frequently in my life and has been shown to be really effective when done properly. Tatiana Ward, aka famed make up artist Beat Face Honey, has built a successful career beating the faces of some of your fave celebs like Nicki Minaj, Brandy, and Keyshia Cole with hard work, unyielding drive, social media, and manifestation. Yes, Tatiana used visualization as a key element to shape her career.

By definition manifestation means “an event, action, or object that clearly shows or embodies something, especially a theory or an abstract idea.” Basically by thinking about, I mean really thinking about, and believing an idea, over time things will shift in order for it to come into fruition. It’s an amazing factor I believe all of you should add to your daily routine to make 2017 your best year yet!
