Things Get Awkward When Two Adults Still Believe In Santa In Hilarious SNL ‘Santa Baby’ Clip

It’s one thing for children to still believe in Santa Claus, but what happens when you surpass adolescence, move into adulthood, and still believe in the man with the white beard in the red suit. That was the premise for a hilarious sketch on Saturday Night Live that I had to share for GGBHoliday.

Doug (Ryan Gosling) and his wife Gina (Vanessa Bayer) are new to the neighborhood and join the community for a holiday party at a neighbor’s house. Things take an awkward turn when a child asks when Santa is coming, clearly a tradition the family does having someone dress as Santa to surprise the kids. Doug and Gina take this as meaning Santa is actually there and the couple demands to meet the real Santa, no matter what.
