Kim Kardashian West has baby on the brain, but is she really ready for a third child with hubby Kanye West?

In a promo for the next episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, airing Sunday, Nov. 13, Kim Kardashian West is sitting down with momager Kris Jenner when she drops a “bomb” that she wants another baby. “So I’ve come to the conclusion that I just want to explore surrogacy,” West said to her mom leaving her shocked.

Kardashian West has had troubled pregnancies in the past that compromised her health, so maybe a surrogate would be the best option if the West’s want to expand their family. What do you think?
