Big Sean and Jhene Aiko Announce Joint Album ‘Twenty 88’ With Steamy Teasers

Big Sean and Jhene Aiko have teamed up for a joint album and it looks like it’s going to be everything I didn’t know I needed.

On Sunday, March 27, both artists teased the upcoming project called Twenty 88, while a “Twenty88” social media account simultaneously appeared online. The date “4/1” was released with the cover art for the Twenty 88 project, which features Aiko rocking bright, orange hair, opposite her usual darker locks. As for Big Sean, he was his usual cute self. From the snippets, the music seems to be very mellow and sexy. These two definitely have chemistry and creating an interesting story with these characters they’re portraying.

Now can we talk about these teaser videos. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’m loving everything about it. It’s seductive, it’s a little strange, and I want to  know more. This isn’t the first time Sean and Jhene teamed up for music though. Aiko appeared on Big Sean’s Hall of Fame and Dark Sky Paradise albums and the two have been close friends for years. She even showed up at Sean’s 28th birthday celebration this past weekend and now they have more to celebrate.
