After great reception from the fans, because that’s what really matters, Netflix announced their plans to renew Fuller House for a second season.
The 13 episode series premiered on Netflix Friday, February 26, and quickly became a trending topic on social media. Fuller House brought back late ’80’s – ’90’s Full House series creator Jeff Franklin, along with the entire original cast, minus Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, to continue the story of the Tanner family. This time around eldest daughter D.J Tanner-Fuller (Candace Cameron Bure) had the forefront role as a widowed veterinarian raising three boys with the help of her younger sister Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and her bestie Kimmy Gibler (Andrea Barber).
Other cast members, Bob Saget, John Stamos, Dave Coulier and Lori Loughlin, all had recurring roles and it was perfect! I hope they’re all on board for season two.
