The Starrkeisha Choir and The King of Weird Gets Us Into ‘Formation’

Beyoncé‘s “Formation” is the song that keeps on giving. Not only did the track inspire a community of black girls to get into formation, it gave us any amazing Super Bowl 50 half time performance, a hilarious SNL sketch, and sparked a conversation about the African-American community. Now thanks to performance artist/social media personality Cameron J. aka The King of Weird, “Formation” will never be the same.

In amazing mash-up The King of Weird brings “Formation” to church, literally, with The Starrkeisha Choir combining Peggy March’s “I Will Follow Him” and Bey’s “Formation” into a perfect, glorified mix. I will never not be able to hear each of the songs separately and not think of the other.
