Kevin McCallister is NOT ok with what happened to him in “Home Alone” some two decades plus ago and is using an opportunity to vent to a complete stranger all about the ordeal. Or at least that’s the premise for the hilarious premiere episode of the new comedy web series :DRYVRS.
:DRYVRS is a series created and written by musician, actor and producer Jack Dishel that will showcase the strange and bizarre encounters he faces as Jack, an on-demand car service passenger. Think a series if all those funny Uber tweets became a show.
In the first episode Jack meets an adult Kevin McCallister played by the man himself Macaulay Culkin. Although the McCallister name is never dropped, we know it’s him simply by the way he seems traumatized by being left home alone some years ago. He vents about being the cutest 8-year-old during that time, true, having to face off against home invaders, and how his mom was being a Polka groupie. Then things take an even more crazier twist.
The :DRYVRS series is expected to have many more special guests taking drives, so be sure to subscribe to the YouTube channel to stay in the loop.
