Spike’s Lip Sync Battle proved to be so successful in the first season that the musical series not only got picked up for season two, but the upcoming season appears to be bigger and better than the first.

Last month, LSB premiered a special holiday episode with “The Night Before” co-stars Seth Rogen, Anthony Mackie and Joseph Gordon-Levitt just to tease what fans could expect with new battles. Yesterday, the first look at season two showcased battles with big stars like Hayden Panettiere, Gigi Hadid, Shaquille O’Neal, Kaley Cuoco, CeeLo Green, Kevin Hart, Olivia Munn, Eva Longoria, Josh Gad, Joel McHale, Snoop Dogg, and more.

Special appearances by Christina Aguilera and Nick Carter and A.J. McLean from the Backstreet Boys can be seen in the trailer, but the biggest rumored surprise guest may indeed be true. Of all the battles I think I’m most excited for the battle of the Tatum’s – Channing Tatum and his wife, fellow “Step Up” and “10 Years” co-star, Jenna Dewan-Tatum. Both have a dance background and have their performance skills on point so you know this battle will be good, but Channing will possibly beat out his wife with his performance of Beyoncé’s “Run The World (Girls)” and from the crowd reaction it’s safe to say she made that rumored appearance.

The lip syncing continues on Thursday, January 7th on Spike. Watch the first look at the upcoming season of Lip Sync Battle below and share your thoughts in the comments.
