“Jerico” Actor Gregg Daniel Makes Special Appearance On Tonight’s Grey’s Anatomy.

“Jerico” actor Gregg Daniel makes a special appearance on tonight’s brand new episode of Grey’s Anatomy. 

The True Blood fan favorite will play a character that has a role in bringing together old friends. His character is best friends with Dr. Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.) and is involved in an accident with his daughter that results in a serious medical emergency for her. 

“It was great working on set. After 12 seasons, it was very welcoming, professional and supporting atmosphere,” Daniel said about working on Grey’s. “Pickens and I are old friends in real life so it was great hanging out with him on set as well. I didn’t get to meet Shonda but next time. Cross fingers.”

Daniel also expressed his excitement about being apart of Shondaland. “When I first heard I got cast, I was delighted. It’s great to add this show on my resume. Shonda brilliantly changed the face of TV with this show.”
