Khloé Kardashian Talks Calling Off Lamar Odom Divorce – Claps Back At Haters

Khloé Kardashian wants to set the record straight about her relationship with Lamar Odom and why she decided to call off their divorce for the moment.

Contrary to what was believed, Khloé may be staying legally married to Odom, but they are not together. Head scratcher right? In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the youngest Kardashian lady clears up any confusion. “It’s out in the media that we are back together, but I wish people understood that’s not in our thought process right now. There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It’s not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now,” the 31-year-old said.

Following the release of the article, Kardashian vented on Twitter about haters thinking she had malicious intent in talking about Lamar Odom in PEOPLE to help gain attention for her book release. “I want to make this VERY clear…. My people cover, I shot and interviewed for PRIOR to all the events that happened. PART 1. It was contracted press for my book that I wrote months and months ago. Timing is what it is. PART 2,” she stated on Twitter.

In a series of tweets she added, “Shame on you all for thinking the worst of me. It’s been a tough few weeks. I don’t need your fucked up energy! Know the facts before you throw stones. I had to do a follow up 5 minute phoner after the events only because I was contracted to. I cancelled my book tour to avoid this attention.”

She ended posting, “To the ones who uplift and send love…. I love you more! I appreciate the support. Have a great day babies! Kisses and hugs.”

Kardashian further stated in her PEOPLE article, “It’s not anything sexual or intimate. I want to be his support system. Tragedy does make you reassess a lot of things, but when it comes to our relationship, it’s the same, except I’m here supporting him fully.”
