Adrienne Bailon Calls Off Engagement – Explains Why On ‘The Real’ [VIDEO]

Speculations can be put to end about whether Adrienne Bailon is still engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Roc Nation executive Lenny Santiago. On Wednesday, news broke that the The Real co-host called off her engagement and kind of explained why she did without going into too much detail on her show.

Bailon explained that she didn’t want to damper the blessing and celebration of The Real getting a second season with her rather down news but she wanted to keep it real and answer all those social media questions she’s been receiving about her status. [WATCH BELOW]

Back in February, Bailon announced her engagement on social media and shared her engagement story on The Real. The two were together six years prior to getting engaged.

In a statement she said, “I am, of course, sad that things didn’t go as we planned, but we still remain close friends. Six years is a long time to be together, but we had to make the decision to go with our hearts and not be embarrassed or afraid of change. He absolutely helped make me a better person and I will forever cherish the time we shared together.”
