New Music: Leon Thomas III Releases Break Up Track “Too Long” [AUDIO]

It’s been too long since fans of Leon Thomas III heard new music from him and ironically enough that is the name of the song the former Victorious actor dropped on SoundCloud Tuesday evening.

On Twitter, the 22-year-old tweeted a link to the song “Too Long” along with the caption,”I put this song together after dealing with a really rough breakup. Every word of this is from the heart.”

The song is a soulful, bluesy track where he sings, “I don’t want to sleep alone/I don’t want to live alone/ The house that I’m in ain’t a home/The crowds that I’m with only show/ You ain’t suppose to be away from me this long/You ain’t suppose to be away from me this long/Girl I know I did you all wrong/But this is way too long for me.” Whoever this girl is, shame on you for leaving Leon like this.

Now, if you know anything about Leon Thomas III you know he has an amazing voice and he’s a Grammy winning talented songwriter. I for one can’t wait for more music from him.
