Shia LaBeouf “Freestyling” Shirtless Is The Only Video You Need To See Today

Shia LaBeouf has migrated from motivating us with his “Do it” monologue to spitting hot fire in a viral video circulating of him free-styling shirtless.

Shot by Corey James, LaBeouf is seen rapping shirtless with a group of onlookers surrounding him. There’s no further context to what motivated Shia to rap or why he didn’t have a shirt on, but while the video is comical, it’s causing some controversy for the “Transformers” star who is being accused of stealing lyrics for his “freestyle” rap.

Rapper Pri the Honeydark called out Shia on Instagram with a post explaining where his rhymes came from. She captioned the photo “Shia Lebouf straight stole bars from the song “Perfectionist,” written, recorded and performed by my ANOMOLIES crew members@invincibledet and @helixxwashere in 1999! Over a DECADE ago! We are battle MCs! Step into the arena! This is straight disrespect to lyricism.” 

The extended message to Shia read, “Mr. Shia Labeouf…You are re-activating my Battle MC inner being! You can’t rip songs from my ANOMOLIES crew, recite them in a freestyle as your own, get credit for it, then not expect to be called out by ACTUAL MCs! I don’t care WHO YOU ARE! There is a respect factor in this REAL MC life & there are levels to this! In the words of my ANOMOLIES Crew member Helixx C., “WATCH HOW YOU APPROACH DUDE!” – Pri the Honeydark (ANOMOLIES Representative.”

Maybe this is just another performance piece Shia is doing.
