Seth MacFarlane Sings Cyndi Lauper’s Songs As ‘Family Guy Characters On ‘The Graham Norton Show’

What happens when Family Guy and classic Cyndi Lauper hits combine? You get a great moment in talk show history.

Seth MacFarlane was on The Graham Norton Show this week with his “Ted 2” co-star Mark Wahlberg to promote their film out in theaters June 26, but MacFarlance couldn’t escape his Family Guy roots.

Host Graham Norton got the Family Guy creator, and voice of many of the characters, to pay homage to other fellow guest Cyndi Lauper. In a brief game Norton called “Cyndi-aoke,” he chose two songs for MacFarlane to sing as two of his Family Guy characters.

Stewie Griffin took on Lauper’s “Time After Time” and Peter Griffin sung perfectly to “True Colors.” This clip proves just how hilarious and talented Seth MacFarlane really is. Later MacFarlane and Wahlberg sung the “Thunder Buddy” song from “Ted.”
