Shia LaBeouf Gives You The Motivation You Need In This Amazing Video JUST DO IT

A viral video of Shia LaBeouf is taking over the internet that all started from an art school project.

Students were instructed to “submit a piece of text lasting up to 30 seconds or no more than 100 words. This can be as poetic, abstract or literal as you like — with the emphasis on expressing the feeling and tone of the work being introduced.” LaBeouf then performed all 36 works submitted at a Los Angeles greenscreen studio, but one piece stood out in particular.

Taken from the Joshua Parker’s segment of #Introductions, an art project for London school Central Saint Martins [Watch the full video HERE], Shia gives quite the motivational speech as he screams about living your dreams and yells “JUST DO IT” throughout the minute plus clip. He adds,”Don’t let your dreams be dreams. Yesterday, you said tomorrow. So just do it! … What are you waiting for?! DO IT! JUST DO IT! YES, YOU CAN! JUST DO IT! If you’re tired of starting over, STOP GIVING UP!” in the video as well.

Since this was done in front a greenscreen you could imagine the jokes that came along with this clip. In fact, you don’t have to imagine and can watch some of the funnier video edits over at Yahoo and one of my favorites below. This is honestly the best thing on the internet right now.

I don’t care what anyone says, this clips speaks to me so thank Shia and the creator of this segment. I will be referring to this often when I feel I need motivation to keep going and I’m very serious.
