Salt-N-Pepa Take On ‘Lip Sync Battle’ – Who Came Out On Top [WATCH]

Salt-N-Pepa are the latest celebs to take on Spike’s very popular musical series Lip Sync Battle. 

In round one, it was a battle of the pop stars when Cheryl “Salt” James and Sandra “Pepa” Denton went against each other. Salt performed an adorable rendition of Kelly Clarkson‘s “Since U Been Gone” with Pepa getting the crowd hype as she lip sung to “Firework” by Katy Perry. But wait can we take a moment to talk about how great Salt and Pepa look. Do they age?

Round two the ladies brought out all the stops. Salt was up first and sung”It’s Tricky” by RUN-D.M.C dressed in a blue track suit, a gold chain, and a fedora hat. Pepa ended the second and finale round in a huge afro wig and a sequin black jumper singing Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive” winning this week’s battle.

Past winners and contestants include: Common, Anne Hathaway, Dwayne Johnson, Anna Kendrick, Hoda Kotb, Terry Crews, Stephen Merchant, and Julianne Hough. Next week, Queen Latifah and Marlon Wayans go head to head on Lip Sync Battle.
