GGB is packing our bags and officially checking into the hotel after these latest additions to the American Horror Story: Hotel cast; Angela Bassett and Evan Peters are back!
Last Friday, Ryan Murphy confirmed our heart’s desire of bringing Evan Peters back tweeting, “This season, Evan Peters will be waiting for you in Room 64. #AHSHOTEL.” Fans are already speculating the significance of “Room 64;” it’s one of the most infamous hotel rooms in the world located at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. Today, Murphy shared another addition to the AHS: Hotel cast, Queen Bassett. He tweeted, “In October, Angela Bassett will be making lots of trouble with Lady Gaga in the ballroom and elsewhere. #ahshotel”
Angela Bassett joined the AHS series for season 3, Coven, where she played voodoo queen Marie Laveau. In season 4, she returned as the three-breasted woman Desiree Dupree in Freak Show. Evan Peters has been with the AHS franchise since its start in 2011. He played Jimmy Darling, Kyle Spencer, Kit Walker, and Tate Langdon, characters that ranged from a dead murderer, a revived mute, and a lobster hand “freak.”
Along with Bassett and Peters, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Lady Gaga, Matt Bomer, Chloë Sevigny, Wes Bentley, and Cheyenne Jackson have signed on for American Horror Story: Hotel, premiering this October.
